1. About these terms
These terms govern use of learnbanks.com and purchases from Learnbanks, operated by ZINGLEMEDIA LLC. Read these terms, the product description, our Digital Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering. Questions can be sent to info@learnbanks.com.
2. Digital products
Our products are PDF files supplied digitally. No printed book or physical item is included. Product titles, editions, subjects, and the material included are identified in each listing. Confirm that the resource matches your course requirements before purchase. Illustrations are for presentation; the listing describes the file you receive.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated. The amount payable, including any applicable tax, is displayed before you place an order. There are no delivery or return fees. An order is accepted when we confirm it and make the purchased digital content available following payment confirmation.
If a material pricing or listing error is discovered, we will contact you to explain it and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
4. Payments and access
Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Available payment options are shown at checkout. Access to paid files depends on successful payment. Protect your account credentials and provide an accurate email address. Contact support promptly about unauthorized access or an order problem.
5. License and intellectual property
Unless a listing expressly grants additional rights, a purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased PDF for your own study. Ownership of copyright does not transfer. Do not resell, upload publicly, share download links, or distribute copies without permission from the relevant rights holder. Author names, book titles, and other third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
To report a suspected intellectual-property issue, email info@learnbanks.com with your contact details, the affected listing URL, and information identifying the rights and material at issue. We will review the report.
6. Responsible educational use
Use our resources in accordance with your institution’s rules. Do not use test banks to obtain unauthorized answers during a live or graded assessment. Materials are educational aids, not guarantees of examination results, professional qualification, or academic credit. Nursing and health materials are not personalized medical advice and must not replace clinical training or professional judgment.
7. Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days under our Refund Policy. After a refund, stop using the refunded material and delete your copies. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Website availability and errors
We work to keep the website and downloads accessible, but interruptions may occur. Contact us about a missing or inaccessible purchase so we can restore access or provide an appropriate remedy. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular study outcome.
9. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of California, subject to any mandatory protections available to you. No provision limits a right or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law.
