Digital Delivery Policy

Learnbanks sells digital PDF downloads only. We do not ship physical books or other physical goods. Digital delivery is free, with no shipping, handling, or download-delivery charge.

How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, access to the PDF files included with your order is provided through the order confirmation and download links. If you create a customer account, available downloads can also be accessed from the Downloads section of your account.

Payment verification or a technical issue can delay access. An unpaid, failed, or cancelled order does not grant download access. If your payment has been confirmed but you cannot access your file, contact info@learnbanks.com with your order number.

What you need

You need an internet connection to download your files and a device or application capable of opening PDF documents. Read the product description before purchase for any file-specific information. A printed copy is not included.

Your order email

Provide an accurate email address at checkout. Check your inbox and spam folder for order communications. We can help correct an email address after verifying ownership of the order.

Download access and personal use

Any download limits or expiry terms are disclosed with the product or order. Keep a personal backup of your downloaded PDF. Download links and files are for your authorized personal use and must not be shared or resold.

Incorrect, missing, or unreadable files

Contact support if a file is missing, will not open, or does not match the item ordered. We will help restore access or provide the correct file. You may also request a refund under our Refund Policy.
