Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable choosing a digital resource from Learnbanks. You can request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. This policy applies to our PDF downloads, including when a file has already been downloaded.
Free refund requests
There is no return fee, restocking fee, or processing fee charged by Learnbanks for a refund under this policy. All products are digital: no parcel, return label, or physical return is required.
How to request a refund
- Email info@learnbanks.com with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the product you would like refunded.
- You may explain the issue so we can help. Providing a reason is not a condition of the 30-day refund policy.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate the order and verify that the request comes from the purchaser. We will confirm the outcome by email. Do not send full payment-card details.
When your money is returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days after the refund is issued for the amount to appear. Your bank or payment provider controls the final posting time; if it takes longer, contact us and your provider using the refund confirmation.
Access after a refund
When a refund is issued, your license to use the refunded material ends and download access may be revoked. Delete your copies of the refunded PDF and do not use, share, or redistribute it.
Download problems and duplicate purchases
Contact us if you received the wrong file, cannot open a PDF, or purchased the same item twice. We can help correct the problem or process an eligible refund. Your statutory rights for defective or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
After 30 days
Contact us for unresolved delivery or product issues after the 30-day window. We will review the circumstances and any rights that apply under law.
